Bowser, the Number One Video Game Villain

Recently, a poll was hosted,at the Guinness World Record website, to determine who the Top 50 All-Time Best Video Game Villain were. And believe it or not, the winning villain, at number #1, was none other than the koopas king, himself. That's right, Bowser, from the Mario franchise, reigns supreme as the best video game villain of all time.

Bowser is best known as the antagonist in the Super Mario series, where he has repeatedly kidnapped Princess Peach in an attempt to conquere the Mushroom Kingdom. He has also appeared in a variety of Mario spin-offs such as Mario Kart and Super Smash Bros. but in those games, he plays a variety of roles.
