Wii price drops to $129.99

In advance of the upcoming holiday season and the Wii U launch, Nintendo has announced that the Wii price will be dropping to $129.99. In addition, the black Wii bundle will now include Wii Sports and Wii Sports Resort along with a Wii Remote Plus and Nunchuk controller. This will replace the current bundle that includes New Super Mario Bros. Wii. Here's what Scott Moffitt, Nintendo of America's vice president of Sales and Marketing, had to say about this matter:

“Nearly six years after it launched, people are still attracted to the pure, inclusive fun of the Wii console. A new suggested retail price and the inclusion of two great games make it an easy choice for families looking for a great value this holiday season.”
