How do you feel about optional content that you can purchase in free-to-play games?

How do you feel about optional content that you can purchase in a free-to-play game? You know, something like League of Legends. Myself, I don't mind, as long as you aren't required to buy anything to beat the game. What about you?

Many free to play games have a large multiplayer aspect. Let's say I'm in a match in this hypothetical F2P multiplayer game. I haven't purchased anything in the game, but my opponent has. If my opponent has any advantage over me having payed, I'm not going to play this pay-to-win game. If my opponent has something that doesn't affect the gameplay at all, such as a different skin, the ability to join full games, access to beta content, etc. than I'm perfectly fine with the game. I realize that developers need to eat, so paying in a F2P should give you very useful bonuses outside the gameplay. And by the way Lugia, your next post is your 1337 post. :)

Meh, they're fine, but I'd prefer to pay and get the whole experience all in one go.  If you have to pay to get all of the levels in a game or can't beat the game without paying, I consider the game to essentially be a demo, and not really worth my time if I don't find it interesting. 

But, yeah, I usually stay away from these kinds of games.
