Xerneas to Appear in Next Super Smash Bros.

While the likelihood of becoming a playable character is slim, the legendary Xerneas, from Pokemon X and Pokemon Y, may be making an appearance in the world of Super Smash Bros. Sakurai recently posted, on his MiiVerse account, a picture of Xerneas creeping up on Pikachu, poor guy. In addition, he also proclaimed that "Pic of the day. We have absolutely nothing to announce today regarding Pokemon X and Pokemon Y. Really!"

From this, we can only speculate what role Xerneas will play in the upcoming, much anticipated, games.

Yep, I'm pretty sure Lugia already posted this photo.  We decided it had to be either a Pokeball Pokémon or a stage hazard.
