Nintendo 1DS: A fan-created 2DS spoof

A fan has created a spoof of the Nintendo 2DS called the Nintendo 1DS. This system can play 3DS games by doing away with the top screen entirely and allowing you to use a TV or smartphone as the top screen. It hooks up with a TV with Bluetooth or HDMI. So, basically, it is a Wii U game pad that can play 3DS games. Interesting! But I just feels that it lacks originality.
