New Yoshi game coming to the Wii U Empty New Yoshi game coming to the Wii U

It's about time we got a new Yoshi console game! At today's Nintendo Direct conference, it was announced that the developers of Kirby's Epic Yarn will be working on a new Yoshi game for the Wii U. Just like Kirby's Epic Yarn, it will be in the yarn style, and it's tentatively called Yarn Yoshi. You can see screenshots of it here.

I am happy that Yoshi's Land was real. I was surprised by the yarn style like Kirby's Epic Yarn but this one looks 2.5D so that's great.

Yarn and Yoshi seems like a perfect fit, especially with the craft-like graphical style of the Yoshi games. Will certainly pick this up.
