Wii U games to cost $60; Pro Controller to cost $50

Well, it's been a while since I last Ostend a news article. I do appologize. School has been taking up all of my time lately. But here I am, ready to back on the groove.
According to a recent report, Wii U titles will likely sell for the price of $59.99. A $10 dollar increase from the $49.99 price tag for Wii titles. This puts Wii U games at the same price as PS3 and perhaps XBox 360 games available today. The report also stated that the Wii U's highly anticipated Pro controller will cost games $49.99.
With the prices revealed, would you agree that these are great values? Or should nintendo have kept the $49.99 price point for games and a price ranging from $20-$40 dollars?
