- A Raved Crumbling Legacy:
This stage is a fusion of TwilightRaver's A Raved Victory, DarkPlumber2.0's Crumbling Core, and 1Sejanusogizo5's A Legends Legacy. As you can see, the stage has the base shape of A Legend's Legacy, along with a single structure from that stage in the middle as well. On either side, there are the slopes from A Raved Victory. I only included a few parts from Crumbling Core, which are the stairs in the base, as well as the design for the platforms that lead to the slopes from A Raved Victory.

- Aquatic Village:
While it may look peaceful, looks can be deceiving. Welcome to the Aquatic Village, where epic and exciting brawls await!
This stage is yet another fusion stage, which combines fox08's Aquatic Mine and BioEffectFreak's Stone Homes. The bottom section is taken from the Aquatic Mine stage, with quite a few tweaks to make it more playable for this layout, most notably a hole in the ground to avoid super high percent situations. The top is from the Stone Homes stage, with a platform added in the middle for ease of access. The way this stage is designed is quite odd, as I combined a symetrical stage with a non-symetrical stage, and it turned out looking to be symmetrical, but not quite. Also, my original design was much too hard to KO on, so I ended up starting over and editing the bottom portion more than I had originally intended to. The end result was an aesthetically pleasing, well balanced stage which I am quite happy with.

- Brawl Stadium:
Welcome to Brawl Stadium, where Brawlers from around the world come to fight in an epic battle!
This, along with Sky Palace, is probably one of my most popular stages (well, it was on the previous site anyways). It is a grand, bowl-shaped stage, with many different levels to fight on. However, it is a tad hard to KO on when you are on the bottom levels, so a word of caution there. I'd recommend four people playing, due to the stages large size and overall vastness, but it works fine with two players as well. Enjoy!

- Castle Grandeur:
Come one, come all to the magnificent Castle Grandeur, where epic battles are sure to occur!
This stage, true to its name, looks like a castle, with three different floors to brawl on. In addition, there are elevators inside both of the towers on either side, allowing quick and easy access anywhere in the castle. Since this is a large stage, I would recommend playing on this stage with four players.

- Cerulean Gym:
This stage is based off of the Cerulean Gym in Kanto, which appears in many different Pokemon games. Well, whichever ones include Kanto as a playable area at least. What you see here is a loose interpratation of the Cerulean Gym, in which you fight Misty, as well as a bunch of water Pokemon. Be sure to bring your Pikachu!

- Crusty Core:
This came as a result of me experimenting with multi-levled stages, and while slightly unorthodox, I think the final result is definitely worth a download. Like my Aquatic Village stage, there is a pit on the lower section so that KOs aren't a chore; something that undoubtedly helps improve the flow. However, this stage has a moving platform beneath the pit, so while you can't camp on it, it might just save your life.

- Desecrated Ruins:
If you look hard enough, you can see the ruins of an ancient temple in ruins, which was abandonded after it was defiled by unworthy souls. Go ahead, play on it if you wish, but be careful!
This stage was born out of a desire to make more thematic stages, and I think that was captured extremely well in this stage. I can't tell you how hard it was to incorporate those pillars into the design, and yet keep the flow of brawls going, because structures have an insanely large red zone around them. Anyway, the only thing you really need to watch out for is that pit. I've succumbed many a time to that thing, and I'm the one that put it there!

- Distant Outpost:
In the far reaches of space lies the forgotten Distant Outpost, but it has recently been rediscovered, and it now waits for you!
For this stage, I decided to incorporate a stair type of design into it. It's definitely...odd, the way it is used in this stage, however. Despite this, I rather like what I did with it, as it adds a completely different flavor to the stage. As with most large stages, this stage plays best with four people, although it still works great with two. This is definitely one of my more unique works, but I'm very happy with the way it turned out.

- Forgotten Arena:
I originally made this stage for a contest, in which we had to see how many different blocks we could fit in, while retaining good gameplay. While it didn't have the most amount of blocks fit in, I am happy to say that it scored very high on the gameplay end, which is what I was going for in the first place. Enjoy!

- Heated Hideaway:
This is a small stage, which started out as a medium stage before I took out some pieces and compacted the whole thing, resulting in what you see here. I'm pretty happy with the way it turned out, as it is pretty easy to get around. This stage conveys the idea of heated, hectic battles, and hopefully comes across in the title, song choice, and design of the stage.

- Hectic Grounds:
This stage has a ton of pieces; in fact, there are no two pieces that are the same. I was able to incorporate all of the pieces except for the size 3 moving platform, the drop blocks and the wheels, simply because they were too big to fit in. Due to the sheer size of the stage and the huge amount of pieces, KOing will be a little bit more difficult than usual, but it is easier than you might expect. Everywhere is easy to get to, and you'll be hopping around from piece to piece often. Because of this, I recommend that you play on this stage with four people. The gameplay will mostly revolve around bouncing off the springs, especially the largest one, so be prepared for plenty of aerial battles! Even with the large amount of pieces, I retained good gameplay as much as I could, and I think it turned out rather well.

- Hidden Caverns:
This stage is one of my favorites, simply because of, well, its simplicity. A lot of room has been packed into this small stage, and as a result, it feels much bigger than it actually is, due to the way I was able to utilise the space. If you like small stages, I would encourage you to give this one a try.

- Science Lab:
This was one of my first stages I ever made, and while I am not as proud of this early incarnation as I am of the later ones, I still think that this stage is good enough to be worthy of my collection. This stage, while medium in size, actually plays more like a large stage, and reminds me of Hyule Temple in the way it is fashioned. You can fight above, but if you don't want to die as easily, it's best to go below.

I decided to fix the problems that plagued my last Science Lab, like the KOing problems, by moving the top level over a little bit. Of course, since it still has two levels, it has lots of room to fight. I hope you have as much fun playing on this stage as I had building it!

- Science Lab III:
This is, in my opinion, the definitive version of the Science Lab series, with the best all around gameplay that, quite frankly, never gets stale. The top section was moved even more to the side, as the previous version still had a few KOing problems. Also, this version definitely has the most aerial combat, due to the assorted platforms in the center.

- Sky Palace:
Personally, this is one of my favorite stages that I have uploaded to this site. The reason is that this stage is not only quite beautiful, but it's got an amazing playstyle. In the middle is the ice pit, which let's players slip around to their hearts content. It is also not very campable, due to the fact that it is very slippery down there. This makes it quite hard for somebody to effectively keep other people out. Above that is the main platform, where many aerial battles will take place. On the edges of the stage, there are two walls, which allow people to combo their opponents off the wall, without hindering KOs.

- Smash Factory:
There's generally a line between safe stages and gimmicky stages, but this blurs the line in between. While there are conveyer belts down below, it doesn't feel very gimmicky, thus providing fun, replayable brawls without getting stale.
Originally, I was in the process of making a large stage, and this was only a small portion of what I planned to make. However, when I tested it, to make sure that this section was playable before moving on, I liked what I had made so much, that I scaled it down to a small stage and just kept what I had already made into its own stage.

- Underground Lair:
Welcome to the Underground Lair! It's deadly, it's cool-looking, and it's waiting to be brawled on!
This is an attempt to do a stage similar to Sky Palace, while removing the few problems it had. I removed any possible hiding spots; no camping here! I also made the walls on the sides higher, per request. The hump in the middle is to help manueverability and to prevent projectile spammers. The spikes are purely for asthetics, although I guess you could drop through and attack from below if you wanted.

Re: ZeldaFan996's Stages
This area is exclusive to my ongoing Miniature Chronicles series of stages. The reason these stages have their own post dedicated to them is because each stage has a story to go with it, thus creating an overlying story arc. I hope you enjoy!
- Chapter 1:
Somewhere aboard the Great Fox....
"Slippy, is the shrink machine ready yet?" asked Fox.
"Nope, I've still got to put this last piece in," replied Slippy. "Then we'll test it to see if it works."
"Well...uh...what exactly are we going to test the machine on?" asked Fox.
"I've got two test subjects, over there in the corner," said Slippy. "Bring them over here Fox!"
"Sure thing," Fox replied as he went over to fetch the requested items. "So, we're going to test it on a monkey and a red and white ball?" Fox asked in confusion, looking at the rather strange items.
"No, it's not just a red and white ball," Slippy said. "Look, you press the middle button and..."
"Woah!" Fox said. "It's a little pink creature that fits inside the ball!"
"Yep," Slippy replied. "I think they're called Pokemon. This particular little Pokemon is named Jigglypuff. We got it shipped here from Sinnoh."
"What about the monkey?" Fox asked again. "What's so special about him?"
"Well...nothing really. I have had a bit of trouble with him, though."
"How so?"
"Hey, the name's Diddy Kong!" said the monkey. "And I'll be even more annoying until you let me out of this cage!"
"He....he talks!" Fox exclaimed.
"Unfortunately, yes." Slippy replied. "And we can't really get him to shut up. Almost done....there! Last piece in place. I'll go down to the control room. You put a test subject on the platform and stand by the power generator to avoid getting zapped. Got it Fox?"
"Got it," Fox said as he placed the sleeping Jigglypuff on the platform and walked over to the generator. "Ok, Slippy, I'm ready when you are!"
"I've got a lock on the target." Slippy said. "Initiating shrink sequence in 5...4...3...2...1..."
Immediatly, the shrink machine started spinning around wildly, shrinking everything in sight, including both test subjects.
"Turn that thing off!" Fox yelled as he dove behind an Arwing. The Arwing promptly got shrunk, and Fox ran to find another hiding spot.
"I'm trying, I'm trying!" Slippy yelled back. "Hang in there Fox!"
As Fox jumped over the test platform, the shrink machine turned abruptly and proceeded to shoot Fox with its shrinking ray.
"Help me!" Fox yelled as he got smaller and smaller, eventually shrinking to one inch tall. Fox turned, and spotting Diddy and the Pokemon, proceeded to scoop them up and run towards the shrunken Arwing.
"What are you doing?" Diddy yelped. "We've got to get returned to normal size!"
"Yeah, but if we get hit by that ray again, we're done for!" Fox replied as he powered on the Arwing. "All systems go...hop in everybody!"
"Jigglypuff!" the Pokemon said as Fox pulled both it and the monkey inside the Arwing. Fox immediatly took off and exited the Great Fox, entering orbit around the planet.
"Whew, that was close!" said Diddy, as he took off his hat and wiped his brow. Suddenly, all the instruments started to flash, and the ship began to rumble.
"We're getting pulled down by the planet's gravitation!" Fox exclaimed. "Get ready for a crash landing!"
The tiny ship spiraled towards the planet while everybody on board huddled together and braced for impact...

- Chapter 2:
SPLASH! The little Arwing crashed into a river, and immediately, water started rushing in.
“Come on, we’ve got to get out of here!” Fox spluttered, as he opened the cockpit hatch. He put the Pokémon into its Poké-ball, and jumped out of the Arwing, into the rushing water. He immediately grabbed onto a rock, and scanned the area for Diddy. Just then, he heard a small splash, indicating that Diddy had made it out as well.
“Diddy!” Fox yelled, as he spotted the monkey struggling in the water. “Grab onto me! We have to stay together!”
As soon as Diddy latched onto Fox, Fox’s grip on the rock slipped, and they were carried along by the fast-moving current. The two did their best to avoid the many rocks jutting out of the surface of the water, and it took all of their effort just to hold onto each other. Eventually, Fox noticed that the current was getting stronger and stronger, and that they were moving faster and faster.
“Diddy!” Fox yelled. “We have to get out of the river, now! See if you can find a vine to pull us out!”
Diddy looked about wildly, searching for a suitable vine that would hold their weight.
“Over there!” Diddy said after a few seconds. “Reach for that vine up ahead!”
Just as he said this, the river dropped beneath them, leaving Fox and Diddy tumbling down the cascading waterfall.
“Aaaaaaaggggggggghhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!” they screamed, as they fell through the air, eventually hitting the water at the bottom with a huge SPLASH!
Diddy was the first to surface. “Fox!” he spluttered, as he looked around frantically for his furry friend. “Fox, where are you?”
Eventually, Diddy’s keen eyes spotted Fox floating in the shallows. “Fox!” Diddy yelled again, swimming hurriedly toward the motionless body. He turned over the body, and to his relief, saw Fox spluttering and coughing.
“Well…that…was fun” Fox said, in between coughs and gulps of fresh air. “Let’s…never do that…again.”
Diddy dragged the still coughing Fox to shore, and rested there, breathing heavily after their ordeal. As soon as they recovered, and their adrenaline wore off, they soon realized what a sticky situation they were in.
Fox headed over to a clearing that was close to where they had pulled themselves ashore. “Let’s make camp here, and then we can figure out what to do next.”
Reluctantly, Diddy agreed, and he set out to fetch some wood for a fire. Unfortunately, there was not that much wood in the area; the only thing he could find was a dry stump.
“What’s the use?” Diddy sighed, as he kicked the stump in frustration. Suddenly, a creature, even smaller than Diddy himself, came out from behind the stump, giving Diddy quite a start. He was expecting the inhabitants of this planet to be regularly sized, but this one was almost as tall as Diddy. The creature was red in color, and had a single antenna growing out of the top of its head, with a leaf at the top. Being more cautious than curious, Diddy turned and ran back to find Fox.
“Fox!” Diddy yelled as he ran back into camp, where Fox had already set up a makeshift shelter.
“Diddy!” Fox said. “What is it?”
“There’s a small creature in the forest!” Diddy exclaimed. “And it’s about our size!”
Fox rubbed his chin. “Where did you see it?” he asked. “If we follow it, it will likely lead us to more of them, and you know what that means!”
“Food!” Diddy yelled, and he immediately turned around and ran back into the forest.
“No, wait, Diddy, stop!” Fox yelled, as he pursued him through the forest. Eventually, he found Diddy back at the stump, staring at the little red creature with all his might, as if staring hard enough would cause the creature to return to its group. The little creature just shrugged, turned around, and walking through the forest, making a little noise as it went along.
“Do you think its calling the others?” asked Diddy, as saliva started dripping out of his mouth.
“No, I don’t think so,” said Fox. “But let’s follow it anyway, at least for a bit.”
With that, Fox and Diddy followed along a few steps behind the red creature, who seemed to be completely oblivious to its two followers. As they went, Fox chopped down plants with his knife, leaving a trail of debris, so that they could find their way back. However, the sun soon started to fall, and dusk was soon upon them.
“I think we should be heading back now,” said Fox. “It’s already getting dark.”
As Diddy nodded in agreement, the forest, which had started thinning out, immediately opened up into a small village, catching both Fox and Diddy by surprise. They just stood there gaping, until a man in a spacesuit spotted them, and came over to where they were standing.
“Greetings, travelers!” said the man, who was about as tall as Diddy was. “My name is Olimar, and who might you be?”
“My name is Fox, and we’re…” said Fox.
“I’m Diddy Kong!” said Diddy, cutting off Fox. “And this,” Diddy said as he pulled the Poké -ball off of Fox’s belt and let Jigglypuff out, “is Jigglypuff!”
Jigglypuff looked relieved to finally be out of its Poké-ball. It stretched, then started running circles around the group, singing as it went.
“Where are we exactly?” asked Fox, ignoring the singing Pokémon. “What is this planet called?”
“You mean you don’t know what planet you’re on?” said Olimar in surprise. “How did you get here then?”
“It’s kind of a long story,” said Fox. “Do you have a place where we could spend the night?”
“Oh, of course,” replied Olimar. “In fact, my friend Louie is already cooking up a delicious dinner. Why don’t you come join us, and then we’ll get you settled for the night.”
“Lead us to the food then!” exclaimed Diddy, his salivary glands now working overtime.
“Alright then, follow me,” said Olimar. With that, the four of them, with Olimar in the lead, walked over to the biggest house in the village, right in the center of the clearing.
“Here we are!” said Olimar as he opened the door. “The kitchen is off to the right, go ahead and make yourselves at home!”
They went into the kitchen and sat down; except for Jigglypuff, who plopped down in the middle of the table and started to sleep. Soon, another man in a spacesuit came out of the adjoining room, carrying a roasted meat of some kind.
“I’d like you two to meet Louie,” said Olimar. “He’s been my best friend throughout the years, and is the only other person living in this area.”
“Well, if he’s the only other person that lives here, what are all the other houses for?” asked Fox, as he passed around the roast.
“Little creatures called Pikmin live there,” broke in Louie. “We’ve been attempting to civilize them, with relatively little success. They are quite cute, though.”
“We followed a little red creature with a leaf on its head here,” said Fox, watching Diddy devour the roast. “Is that a Pikmin?”
“Yes,” replied Olimar. “Now, how did you end up on this planet to begin with?”
Fox recounted their story, starting with the shrink machine malfunction, and ending with them finding the Pikmin. When he ended, everyone was silent, except for the sound of Diddy munching down the last of his food.
“We also crash-landed here,” said Olimar, breaking the silence. “Our ship, like yours, crashed into the river, and we ended up here. Unfortunately, the river is abnormally deep, and can crush machinery in two with the pressure. So, with no way back, we’ve had to make do ever since then, but we’ve found that we are quite content living here.”
“How is it that you are the same size as us?” asked Fox. “We were shrunk down to an incredibly small size, and yet you were not.”
“Relatively simple to explain,” said Olimar. “This planet emits rays that will actually shrink molecules down to a much smaller size. So while the planet might seem rather small from out in space, it is actually rather vast to its inhabitants.”
“So that’s what Slippy was doing here!” exclaimed Fox. “He must have been researching the rays that this planet emits for his machine!” He clenched his fist. “And we must get back.”
“How are we supposed to get back then?” broke in Diddy, now done eating. “The Arwing has probably already sunk to the bottom of the river by now.”
Olimar got up, went over to the countertop, and pulled a piece of paper out of the drawer. He placed it in front of Fox, and smoothed it out.
“This is a map of the region,” he said. “The only place that flies people off of the planet is the Federation Outpost, here.” He pointed to a dot in the southern part of the map. “We are in the Pikmin Forest, here.” He pointed to another dot, this time at the northern part of the map. “If you want to get to the Federation Outpost, simply follow the Great River down to Kanto. When you get there, you’ll need to find some form of transportation to Hyrule. From there, you should be able to find a boat to get you across the ocean, and to the Mushroom Kingdom on the other side. Then, simply go around the mountains, and you will eventually arrive at the Federation Outpost.”
When he finished, everyone was silent for a moment, until Fox finally broke the silence. “If this is our only way to get back then we’ll have to do it. There’s no question about it.”
“Yes, but you must rest first,” said Louie. “You’ll need your strength for the road ahead.”
With that, he led Fox and Diddy upstairs, into a spare room.
“I get top bunk!” yelled Diddy, as he clambered up the ladder into the bed on top.
Fox sighed, took off his gear, and laid it next to his bed. Then, he climbed into bed, and, though his mind was filled with many thoughts, slowly dozed off.

- Chapter 3:
The next day, aided with the map that Olimar had given them, the trio set out, intent on finding a way back to the Great Fox.
“So, why do we have to go to Kanto again?” asked Diddy Kong, who was carrying the already tired Jigglypuff in his arms.
Fox sighed, pulled out the map, and pointed to a mountain range. “We have an entire range of mountains between us and Hyrule. We need some form of transportation in order to get us over or around the mountains.”
Diddy Kong nodded. “Makes sense. But why don’t we just find a way across the sea from Kanto?”
“Olimar told me that the only ship that comes to Kanto is the S.S. Anne, and that only visits once a year.” Fox replied. “Plus, the Hyrulians are master craftsmen; I’m sure we can find a good boat across.”
“Here, give me the map” Diddy said. “I bet I can find a faster way across.”
“No, I’m keeping the map” Fox said. “I’m the leader, and I don’t want any monkeys telling me where to go.”
Diddy grabbed the map, and tried to pull it out of Fox’s hands, but Fox wouldn’t let go. They pulled and pulled, until finally it jumped out of their hands and flew into the river that they were walking alongside of.
“Now look what you did!” Diddy yelled.
“Let’s just try to get the map back!” Fox yelled back.
With that, they put Jigglypuff back in its Poké-ball, and ran down the river, chasing the map. Soon, they came to a fork in the river.
“We have to go left to get to Kanto!” Diddy Kong said.
“The map is going right!” replied Fox. “We have to follow it!”
Reluctantly, they ran after the map, pursuing it relentlessly. Finally, the map got close enough to the bank for Diddy to swipe it out of the water.
“Look, it’s ruined!” he exclaimed. Everything’s been smudged, and you can hardly make anything out!”
Carefully, Fox took the map from Diddy and examined it. “We’ll have to cross the river. Then, we’ll make our way into Kanto and try to find a town that will give us transportation and another map.”
This brought more grumbling from Diddy, but he agreed. They waded across the river, and started to walk, unsure of where they were heading. Finally, they reached a small town, with the name Pallet Town at the entrance.
“This place is too small,” Fox said. “Let’s go north to see if we can find a bigger city.”
As they started to leave town, they heard someone yelling at them to stop. Surprised, they turned around to see an old man coming up to them.
“It’s unsafe! Wild Pokémon live in tall grass,” he said. “You need your own Pokémon for your protection.”
“Uh….we already have our own Pokémon,” said Fox.
“Really?” the man responded as Fox held out the Poké-ball containing Jigglypuff. “Oh, I didn’t know. Usually, foreigners don’t have any Pokémon for protection, so I have to provide them with one. You are foreigners right?”
Fox pocketed the Poké-ball and replied, “Yes, we are. We’re looking for a map, and transportation to Hyrule. Can you help us?”
The old man scratched his chin. “I do have a map, but I’m not sure about transportation. Come with me to my lab, and we’ll talk about it.”
With no other choice, Fox and Diddy Kong followed the old man to his lab. When they got there, they sat down, and Fox let Jigglypuff out of the Poké-ball.
“I see you have a Jigglypuff,” the old man said, as he examined the Pokémon. Jigglypuff brightened up at the mention of its name.
“Oh, please excuse me,” the old man said again. My name is Professor Oak, and I’m a Pokémon professor. I study them as a profession.”
“I’m Fox McCloud,” Fox said. “This is Diddy Kong, and this, as you already know, is Jigglypuff.”
“Jigglypuff!” Jigglypuff said in excitement. It went over and examined Oak, then sat down and started to sing.
“So, what type of transportation exactly do you need?” Oak asked.
“We need to get to Hyrule, so that we can get a boat,” Diddy replied. “Do you know how we can do that?”
“Well, the best way I can think of is, obviously, Pokémon,” said the professor. “All you need is to get a Pokémon that knows Fly, then you can safely fly over the mountains.”
“Does Jigglypuff know Fly?” asked Diddy.
“No, and I’m afraid you can’t teach Jigglypuff Fly anyway,” Oak said. “However, I do have a Charizard here that might help you. It doesn’t know Fly now, but all you need to do is go to Cerulean City. There, my aid will be able to teach it Fly, and then you’ll be able to fly over the mountains.”
“Couldn’t we just fly across the sea?” Fox put in. “That’s where we need to go, and it would be much easier that way. Plus, how do we get the Charizard back to you?”
“No, that would be too hard on Charizard,” said the professor. “And there is a Pokémon PC in Hyrule, where you can send me back the Charizard.”
“OK, so how do we get to Cerulean?” Fox asked.
Professor Oak pulled out a map and pointed to a mountain. “You’ll have to go north, to Pewter City, and then east, to Mt. Moon. You’ll then have to go through the mountain, and on the other side is Cerulean.”
“Oh, that doesn’t seem too bad,” said Diddy.
“Well, you will have to watch out for Team Rocket” replied Oak. “If they win, they’ll knock you out, take half your money, and steal your Pokémon. Then you’ll be in a tough spot.”
Fox walked over to Jigglypuff, and put it back in its Poké-ball. “What are we waiting for? Let’s go!”
Oak turned around and picked up another Poké-ball next to him. “Here is your Charizard.” Then, he fished around in his pocket and gave Fox some money, along with a bottle. “This is a max repel. It will repel all wild Pokémon for you, but it won’t stop trainers.”
Oak got up, wished them luck, and Fox and Diddy, with Jigglypuff and Charizard in tow, headed north, up Route 1, through Viridian City, and onto Route 2. They finally stopped for a rest in Pewter City.
“I’m hungry,” Diddy complained. “Let’s get something to eat.”
“Let’s go to that store over there and see what we can find,” Fox said.
They went to the store, but much to their dismay, the only items the store carried were Pokémon items. They bought three potions, one for each Pokémon and one extra, then sat down to rest.
After gobbling down their potions, Jigglypuff and Charizard started to play with each other. Jigglypuff would climb onto Charizard, and Charizard would swing her around. “Jigglypuff!” Jigglypuff yelled in delight.
After a while, Fox stood up and said, “OK, time to go.”
Reluctantly, they all packed up and headed onto Route 3. Finally, they reached the base of Mt. Moon.
“Are you sure we should go in there?” Diddy asked in fright.
“We can’t turn back now,” said Fox, sounding more confident than he felt. With that, they entered the cave, relying on Oak’s map to get them through safely. They hadn’t gone far when they found a little boy exploring the caves.
“Hi!” he said. “I like shorts! They’re comfy, and easy to wear!”
Fox and Diddy looked at each other. “Ummm….okay kid,” Fox said, as they kept going. But, the little boy stopped them.
“Wait!” he said. “I want to battle Pokémon!”
Fox and Diddy tried to protest, but the battle music had already started.
“Go Weedle!” the little boy yelled, throwing out a Poké-ball.
Fox took out the Poké-ball containing Charizard, threw it, and yelled, “Go, Charizard!”
Then, the boy made the Weedle use String Shot, reducing Charizard’s accuracy.
“Charizard!” Fox said. “Just use your best move, whatever that is!”
Charizard, understanding the commands, proceeded to use Flamethrower, easily scorching the little boy’s Weedle. After it fainted, the boy put it back in his Poké-ball, gave Fox some money, and trotted off.
“Well, that wasn’t so bad,” said Diddy.
They moved on, doing their best to avoid any unnecessary battles. However, despite their best efforts, they soon ran into a member of Team Rocket.
“Come on, you twerps! Let’s battle!” he said.
So, without any other choice, Fox pulled out the Poke-ball containing Charizard and threw it, while the member of Team Rocket threw out a Rattata.
The Team Rocket member started by having the Rattata use Quick Attack, which reduced Charizard’s HP to about ¾. Then, Charizard used Flamethrower, but it missed. The Rattata used Quick Attack again, and this time Charizard’s HP was reduced to ½.
“Charizard!” Fox said. “Here, have this potion!”
Charizard immediately downed the potion, filling its HP almost all the way. The Rattata then used Scratch; however, it missed, letting Charizard sizzle the Rattata with a well-aimed Flamethrower.
“Yeah Charizard!” Fox and Diddy said together, while the Team Rocket member threw out another Pokémon.
“Go Sandshrew!” He yelled, then immediately had the Sandshrew use Poison Sting. This not only reduced Charizard’s HP, but also poisoned it as well.
“Charizard, are you OK?” Fox asked, running over. Charizard, obviously hurt by the poison, nodded, then used Flamethrower on the Sandshrew before Fox could call him back.
“No!” Fox yelled, as Charizard toppled over, with no strength left. Thankfully, the Sandshrew had fainted as a result of the Flamethrower, and the Team Rocket member came over to where Fox was kneeling.
“Good luck with your Pokémon,” he said, grinning evilly. He then gave them some money and walked away, leaving Fox and Diddy alone with their injured Pokémon.
“We gotta get him to a Poké-Center!” said Diddy. “And fast!”
Fox nodded, put Charizard back in its Poke-ball, and started to run, with Diddy at his heels. They ran, and ran, until finally they saw light.
“Look, there’s the exit!” Diddy yelled in excitement.
However, the light was blotted out by another member of Team Rocket, and Fox and Diddy stopped dead in their tracks.
“If you want to get out, you gotta get through me,” he said menacingly.
Diddy looked at Fox. “There’s no way we’re going to make Charizard fight again. It has no more energy. And we don’t have any more Pokémon.”
Fox nodded. “Oh yes we do.”
With that, Fox pulled out a Poké-ball, threw it, and yelled, “Go Jigglypuff!”

Music- Team Galaxy Battle
- Chapter 4:
“Jigglypuff!” yelled Jigglypuff, as she came out of her Pokéball. She ran over to where the Team Rocket member was standing, and made a fighting pose.
“Really, is that all you’ve got?” laughed the Team Rocket thug. He grinned evilly, then yelled, “Go Raticate!”
A huge, rat-like Pokémon emerged from the Pokéball. It bared its fangs, but Jigglypuff held her ground.
“Fox, are you sure about this?” asked the uncertain Diddy. “That thing looks mean!”
Fox nodded, and immediately, the battle music began to play. Raticate struck first, with a Super Fang that immediately cut Jigglypuff’s HP in half.
“One more hit and Jigglypuff’s dead!” exclaimed Diddy. “Fox, pull her out!”
“Jigglypuff, come back!” yelled Fox. But the stubborn Jigglypuff would not listen, and instead started to sing.
“What’s she doing?” asked a bewildered Diddy. “She’s gonna get herself killed!”
However, the Raticate began to sway to the music. Slowly, its eyelids began to droop, and eventually, it was sound asleep. Jigglypuff then went up to the Raticate and started using Pound, until the Raticate’s HP was drained completely.
“You may have won this time,” growled the Team Rocket thug, as he put his still sleeping Raticate back into its Pokéball. “But I’ll be back!”
He walked over to Fox, gave him some money, and continued walking through the caves. At this point, Jigglypuff stopped singing, and went over to where Fox and Diddy Kong were still standing.
“That was amazing!” exclaimed Diddy, as he scooped up the laughing Pokémon in his arms. “You saved us, Jigglypuff!”
Fox patted Jigglypuff on the head, then immediately turned serious. “We have to get Charizard to a Poké-Center. Let’s go!”
They put Jigglypuff in her Pokéball, dashed out the open door in the mountainside, and ran all the way down to the village below. When they spotted a Poké-Center, they immediately ran through the door and up to the front desk, panting as they went.
“Here….take…..this,” panted Fox, as he handed Charizard’s Pokéball to the pink-haired lady at the front desk. “He’s been……poisoned!”
“Don’t worry,” reassured the lady, as she took the Pokéball from Fox. “He’ll be as good as new in a jiffy!”
She went over to a machine, put the Pokéball on top, and started it up. After about a minute, she shut down the machine and gave Charizard’s Pokéball back to Fox.
“There you go!” said the lady. “If any of your Pokémon need healing, be sure to visit us again!”
“Oh, wait,” said Fox, as he pulled out Jigglypuff’s Pokéball. “Do you think you could heal this one too?”
“Of course,” said the lady. “Just wait right here.” She walked back to the machine, and did the same thing as she did before.
“There!” said the lady after a minute. She gave the Pokéball back to Fox. “Good as new!”
Fox and Diddy thanked the lady, then walked out.
“So, now what?” asked Diddy, as they looked around. “Where are we going to find this guy that Oak told us to find?”
Just then, a man walked up to them and greeted them.
“You must be the foreigners Professor Oak talked about,” he said, as he shook their hands. “He told me that you needed to teach one of your Pokémon to fly.”
“Yes, that is correct,” replied Fox. “Can you help us?”
“Yes, yes, of course,” said the man. “Just follow me.”
He led them over to a small house, and beckoned for them to come inside. Then, he went over to a cabinet and, after searching through it a bit, found a small capsule.
“Here, give this to your Pokémon, and then it’ll be able to fly,” the man said, as he handed Fox the capsule. Fox released Charizard from his Pokéball, and put the small capsule in Charizard’s mouth. Charizard swallowed the capsule whole, and immediately Charizard stretched out his wings, flapping them and knocking over everything in the house.
“Stop, stop!” yelled Fox, and Charizard, hearing the plea, stopped.
The man surveyed the damage. “You destroyed my house!” he yelled in anger. “You’d better have compensation for this!”
Fox lifted up his hands. “Alright, alright,” he said. “Here take this.”
Fox pulled some of the money he earned from the trainer battles and gave it to the man.
“Well, I guess that’s enough,” grumbled the man, and pocketed the money.
Fox and Diddy thanked the man for his time, and went back outside, with Charizard following behind.
Fox turned to Charizard. “Well, it’s time to fly. You think you can get us to Hyrule?”
As if understanding, Charizard nodded, and leaned down. Fox hopped on his back, and turned to help Diddy up.
“Uh, uh, there is no way I’m going to fly on the back of a dragon,” said Diddy.
“C’mon, it’ll be easy,” reassured Fox.
“Nope, not doing it.”
“Just do it.”
“No way.”
“Chicken.”
“Fine!” Diddy threw up his hands in frustration. “But if I die, you’re paying for the funeral.”
“Done,” replied Fox as he hoisted Diddy behind him. “Alright Charizard, take us to Hyrule!”
Charizard flapped his wings, and slowly lifted off the ground. In no time at all, Fox and Diddy Kong were soaring over the mountaintops, taking in the beautiful scenery as the ground rushed past them.
“Charizard, do a barrel roll!” yelled Fox.
“No, wait, doaaahhhhhh!!!!!!!” screamed Diddy, as Charizard twisted around, then looped around in a circle.
“Wooooaaaaahhhhh!!!!!” yelled Diddy. “Fox, make him stop!”
However, there was no need to, as Charizard did a final loop, then came in for landing on a grassy field. Unfortunately, Charizard had never done a proper landing before, so Fox and Diddy were thrown clear as Charizard came to a screeching halt.
Diddy was the first to get up. “I’m never doing that again!” he exclaimed.
Fox was still chuckling, but eventually stopped, brushed himself off, and got up. “Well, we shouldn’t need to, at any rate.” He looked around, then reached into his pocket and pulled out the map. “So, it looks like we’re here, in Hyrule Field,” Fox pointed on the map. “So if we go south a bit, we can get to Hyrule Castle, send Charizard back, and stock up on supplies before finding a ride across the ocean.”
“I can see the castle in the distance!” Diddy pointed excitedly across the field. “Let’s go!”
So, Fox and Diddy put Charizard back in his Pokéball, and started walking, talking as they went about what they were going to do when they got back home. However, the castle slowly started to get closer, and it wasn’t long until they arrived at the gates of castle town.
“Well, the sun’s going down, so I guess we’d better find a place to stay,” remarked Fox, while Diddy dashed ahead to the drawbridge. As he said this, however, a horn was blown, and the drawbridge started to go up.
“C’mon, let’s hurry!” said Diddy, as he clambered on top of the still rising drawbridge. “Here, Fox, take my hand!”
Fox, still running for the drawbridge, made a running jump towards Diddy, while he flailed his arms wildly.
“Gotcha!” said Diddy, as he grabbed Fox’s hand, and pulled him in. Before either one could catch their breath, they were sent tumbling down the drawbridge, and hit the bottom as the drawbridge clanged shut.
“Well, that was close!” exclaimed Diddy.
“Yeah,” gasped Fox. “Let’s find some food and shelter.”
With that, they picked themselves up, and started walking through the castle town. Everybody was closing up for the night, but Fox was able to find a nice inn that served dinner in the included price. Fox and Diddy stuffed themselves, and then went up to their room. The only thought that went through Fox’s mind was how nice it would be to be back on the Great Fox, before he fell fast asleep.

Re: ZeldaFan996's Stages
Alright everybody, I have officially transferred over all my stages (at least, the ones I thought were worth transferring). I would encourage everybody to do the same, so that we can get the stage-building part of this community back into gear!

I'll do that in the weekend. Glad to see that you've moved all your worthy stages.
Also, does anyone know of any image converters for Mac users?
Re: ZeldaFan996's Stages
By the way, I don't mean to sound like a noob, but how do you get the folddown links to work in your post? It might be a good idea for someone to make a sticky instructional post to describe how to assemble a proper user's stage page.

When making a post, hover over the 'others' button and you'll see a drop down list of options. Select the one that says spoiler on it. Your message should (when making it) look like this:
Test
And the end result should look like this:
If you want to name the spoiler, simply put
at the beginning.

Re: ZeldaFan996's Stages
Sounds good!
I know this is a really, really long shot, but you wouldn't happen to have the second chapter of my Miniature Chronicles series saved somewhere, would you?

Ergh, not that I know of... I checked on the stage's page with multiple browsers and still couldn't find it. That's terrible. Sorry about that, I'm now regretting not having saved everyone's stories, but, you know, hindsight and all that. I hope it'll be recoverable somehow, did you try going into the edit stage menu? I can still see the first snippit on your profile...

Re: ZeldaFan996's Stages
Nope, already tried that. I have no clue why it disappeared, but it seems like it only affected stages with a long enough description. For example, my first chapter was left intact, and I was lucky enough to find the third chapter stowed away on my files, but the second chapter is gone for good. Ah, well.

Re: ZeldaFan996's Stages
Alright people, Chapter 2 in my Miniature Chronicles series is back up! I unfortunately was unable to find the original file, but I think that the way I re-wrote it was better than it originally was anyway, so no big loss. My re-write ended up being longer than the original as well, ending up about as long as Chapter 3. Plus, I changed way more things than I originally intended, for various reasons (although the main one was simply because I didn't remember exactly what I wrote before!). Also, I did a few minor edits to Chapters 1 and 3, for both grammar and continuity purposes. Look for Chapter 4 sometime in the future!

Nice! I'm glad you were able to re-write it so well, it was fun reading it again. My favorite part is still the conglomeration of all the worlds in one tiny planet.
By the way, I didn't mention it before, but the spoiler name for Chapter 2 actually says "Chatper." Just so ya know.

Thanks for pointing that out. I tend to have a habit of typing a bit too fast, and my letters get mixed around.

Re: ZeldaFan996's Stages
Hey all, I've got a pretty big stage update just for you guys.
Not only do I have Chapter 4 of my Miniature Chronicles series of stages up, I also have three brand new stages up as well. They are: Crusty Core, Desecrated Ruins, and Smash Factory. I'd encourage you to give them all a try!
Oh, and if I have a stage download mixed up, just tell me and I'll fix it. This isn't as streamlined as it used to be, so I might make more mistakes than usual.
Other than that, enjoy!
