Super Smash Bros. - Nintendo Channel data
Since its release to the Virtual Console on December 21, 2009, Super Smash Bros. has seen a lot of playtime. For all gamers, it's been played for a total of 1,126,147 hours, and it's been played 1,003,329 times. For an individual player, it's been played an average of 15 hours and 15 minutes, and been played an average of 14.11 times. Since its release, it's made a total profit of $711,070. Not too bad, if I could say so myself.

I'm proud to say I helped with those numbers. I quite enjoy playing the original game with the good 'ol Gamecube controllers.

I never bought it on the VC because I have a copy for the 64- a much better way to play it, IMO. It's a phenomenal game, and deserves such an illustrious (re)release record.
