Nintendo has confirmed that the Wii U will release in the following regions:

North America on November 18, 2012
Europe on November 30, 2012
Japan on December 8, 2012

*Japan's launch price is 31,500 yen, while Europe is £249.99.

Whoops. I could always edit in the first post to include your thing, especially if its more informative than mine.

Hmm, I wonder if that all will be worth the extra money, because I prefer a white Wii U over a black one and I don't care much about Nintendoland (yet), but... Well, I just don't know.

More release date and price news: in Australia and New Zealand, the Wii U will be released on the same day as Europe (November 30th), and it will cost $349.95 for the Basic bundle and $429.95 for the Premium bundle.
