Lucario confirmed for the next Super Smash Bros. games

Another veteran character has been confirmed for the next Super Smash Bros. games, and this time around, it's Lucario. According to Sakurai, Lucario's Aura is going to have more of an influence this time around - in his own words, "We’ve increased the influence of Aura this time, so a damaged Lucario is truly a force to be reckoned with."

I love to see him back, as long as his combat style is somewhat improved. He was very floaty in Smash, even though I loved his street fighter-like fighting style.

And I can't stand the comments in Miiverse. All those people complaining about adding Lucario instead of Mewtwo, it makes me sick.

To be quite honest though, Dux, I think Mewtwo is a more important character to the Pokémon universe than Lucario is.  As far as personal preference goes, I liked Mewtwo better than Lucario, but now that they are putting more of an emphasis on the Aura attacks, he'll make an interesting character for sure.

I'm not doubting Mewtwo's importance in the Pokémon universe. If he doesn't get to be a playable character, I think it would be totally awesome to have him be a boss.
Also I must agree on the buffed Aura effect. This is something unique to Lucario and if they pull it off right, Lucario can become an awesome character concerning his play style.

Why do people think its one or the other? Series aren't just stopped at 4 representatives anymore.

1. Lucario reveal debuted in Brawl's anniversary.
2. Mega Lucario plays a role in Pokemon X.
3. It was in the previous installment.

Mario Series now has, Mario, Luigi, Peach, Bowser, Rosalina.

No reason why Pokemon can't have, 

Pikachu, Jigglypuff, Lucario, Mewtwo, Pokemon Trainer (Chespin, Braixen, Greninja).

That's 5 Character slots.

I'm just waiting for the reveal of Jigglypuff.  If they don't put that guy in, I'll be really sad.

Personally I call Jiggly a her considering the alternate costumes.

Yeah, I usually do too.  I just read that sentence out loud and realized how weird it was calling Jigglypuff a guy.  So, let me rephrase that.

"If they don't put her in, I'll be really sad."
