I have only played Star Fox Command and I really enjoyed it, so there ya go.

Assault, because that game was a pretty big part of my childhood. The multiplayer component is actually very well balanced and deep, especially in comparison to Star Fox 64.
I also own Adventures, but I honestly haven't spent much time with it at all. It seems pretty awesome from what I've played (Zelda + Star Fox = awesome!), but I just haven't played enough of it to form much of an opinion.
