Two new Zelda games coming to the Wii U

At today's Nintendo Direct conference, Nintendo announced that two new Zelda games are coming to the Wii U. The first one is a Wind Waker remake with the name of The Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker Reborn, which will feature enhanced graphics and new elements, as well as Miiverse support. It's planned for release this fall. The other will be a completely new Zelda game, which was mentioned as being a long time off. You can see screenshots of Wind Waker Reborn here. The graphics look similar to Skyward Sword, and from the screenshots provided, it's a pretty interesting look. It looks like it could give the game a different feel.

I never played Wind Waker so I may give this a shot. I've only truly played Ocarina of Time and Twilight Princess. I'm not a fan of the 2D Zelda games.
